Kotelnik: "Amir Khan is Nothing Special, Done Nothing"

WBA junior welterweight champ Andreas Kotelnik has very little respect for his June 27 challenger, Amir Khan. He is tired of people talking to him like Khan is the next big thing. He doesn't think much of Khan's talents and promises to punish him in the ring. If he lands his big punches, he feels that he can stop Khan quicker the Breidis Prescott did last September, which was 54-seconds of the first round. [details]

I hope Kotelnik wins,Khan is overhyped.I was ringside when Khan was dismantled by Prescott but I dont think that was painful.A gradual grinding to an eventual bloody knockout will teach this Khan some manners.I think he deserves a good beating,he talks too much when he has done nothing

Kotelnik clearly didn't see the Barrera fight, because Khan didn't win. He should learn to stop reading boxrec and actually watch a fight.

I'll be rooting for Kotelnik; the forgotten champion who made his way up to the top the hard way, not gifted with any spectacular physical qualities so he has to rely on smarts, fundamentals and grit

as opposed to the flashy youngster who has everything handed to him on plate

to me it would be even more satisfying if Kotelnik taught Khan a boxing lesson instead of doing a Prescott-esque 1 round muderisation. Show that Khan's faults stretch further than his chin

How about a bet on this one? I'll take Kotelnik for 20K.

Khan has been with Freddie for a while...............a lot of his faults are no longer such a problem.......lets face it, he looked great against barrera (before the cut)
