Is Manny Pacquiao a top 20 all time?

The guy has so many great fighters on his resume and those hard fights havent caught up with him yet. If he beats hatton and Mayweather or whoever he fights after hatton then i dont see why not he can kick out some guys like harry greb,Eder Jofre,Sandy Saddler he is a better fighter than all those guys

even top 50 is a stretch but, there can be an argument made for him to be that high. but top 20? no FCUKIN WAY IN HELL. There are just WAY to many great fighters and if anyone puts pac top 20, they should get a life sentence without any chance of parole.

He makes top 100 EASILY on any credible list.
I am not too into hero worship, but it is realistically possible for Manny to make top 20.
I know that isnt going to be a popular opinion, but historically speaking he might be remember in that respect. His next couple of fights will have a lot to do with how he is regarded in the future. If he beats Hatton, has the rubber match with JMM, manages to make the big fight with Valero etc. It could definitely happen.

Pac has 1 win and JMM has 0. that doesn't qualify for a rubber match. I would love to see them fight again but I'm not one of those cukes that thinks that Pac has some unfinished business. Even in the first fight that was a draw, Pac knocked him down 3 times in the 1st round for god sakes. Pac doesn't HAVE to fight JMM because IMHO Pac has already proved that he is the better fighter twice but, I wouldn't mind seeing a third fight.

he is one of my favorite fighters just like Pac is, but that doesn't mean I think he is top 20 or whatever. I think pbf is a top 50 fighter easily.

did you see the fights he need to win before he gets that? (hatton,cotto,pbf) i dont think he can do it too but if he does ... top 20 ATG baby.at least.
