Hearns is greater than De La Hoya IMO.

Without a doubt. Saying Hearns is not an ATG is wow for me. As I said you have a very small list of ATGs if Tommy doesn't make the cut.

So just because he doesn't clean a division it doesn't make him great??

If that's the case then Floyd isn't an ATG either, he didn't clean out 135(casa), 140(Zoo), & definitely 147. Sorry that I brought Floyd up but you see what I'm saying??

As for Ruelas, I don't count him as great, it was a good win for DLH, alot of people expected him to lose against him.

You could list Tommy high as an ATG that's your opinion and he was a great fighter but like DLH he lost to some of the best of his era. I'd say Tommy was an ATG ww but I thought we're talking about ATG p4p since people bring up how many divisons DLH has supposedly been top of.

Floyd beat Castillo twice and he was seen as the best at 135, at 140 Floyd can't be considered the best because he didn't beat the best, same could be said at ww. So at 130 and 135 Floyd left no doubt by beating the very best, now has DLH ever done that?

Tommy Hearns is a p4p ATG IMO. You can say he lost to the best of his era but ***, what an era. It is how he measures up against those from other eras that make him an ATG. Like I said, if p4p you don't think Tommy is an ATG, your list of ATG fighters should not be more than 20 or 30 fighters.

I think the p4p ATG has to be small because how many fighters can prove or have proven they can beat people at any weight. Obviously the ATG hws get a pass because obviously if they can rule the biggest division beating smaller guys is a given. Hearns fought the best at ww he was never a major factor outside of that divison, other than maybe jr middle which was very weak at the time.

So to you its ok for Mayweather not fighting Casa but not ok for DLH not to fight Winky??? I get you.

So who do you rate as an all time great if not Hearns? Tommy Hearns is the definition of All Time Great! It's difficult to rate anyone an ATG if you don't rate Hearns as one.

Considering he's one of the greatest WW's of all time, probably the best Jr MW of all time and was a great MW and beat one of the greatest LHW's in Hill. Don't forget that he also beat Leonard in their rematch very convincingly, despite the judges corruption. Not having Hearns as an ATG is absurd.

It is small, that's why there is 80-100 if I recall correctly. Especially if you count all the boxers & all those years of boxing. You prob think I'm discussing this with you cause I think DLH is a top 20 ATG, that's not the case dude. 50-75 Range sounds about right.
