Ummm ok talking to you in like explaining french to a fish. Ok here's the major problems with your argument. First, Castillo beat Casa at 135 so obviously at lw Castillo was the better fighter. Second, Floyd beat Castillo in 02, and Casa became the lw champ in 06 so yeah.....

At least look at the fighters records and when they moved up and won the title before listing them.

Castillo convincing beat Casa, and Vargas was given a gift against Winky. Two completely different fights you can't compare them.

I think the p4p ATG has to be small because how many fighters can prove or have proven they can beat people at any weight. Obviously the ATG hws get a pass because obviously if they can rule the biggest division beating smaller guys is a given. Hearns fought the best at ww he was never a major factor outside of that divison, other than maybe jr middle which was very weak at the time.

Sorry, but that is complete garbage. Tommy won legitimate world titles from 154 right through to 175, beating guys like Roberto Duran, Virgil Hill and Wilfred Benitez in addition to being horribly robbed against Ray Leonard.

Corrales was considered a bigger threat than Casamayor at 130 when Mayweather was there. Chico was the one coming off a big 2000 and ranked #5 p4p by The Ring, and the fight between him and PBF was for a nice HBO contract.

Floyd only fought twice more @ 130, against El Famoso and El Matador, before fighting Castillo at 135.

Neither DLH nor Mosley were prime in their 2nd fight in 2003.

The controversy in that decision is overblown, but I don't really give Mosley any credit for that win anyway. He took steroids. The only difference between him and guys like Toney who got their wins changed to no-contest is that Mosley was smarter and didn't take a steroid that stays in your system for a long time.

The Benitez win was good but this was the same guy SRL dropped with a jab. Duran was 3 divisions above his best weight and although he was still very good he certainly was at a major disadvantage. Hill lost 7-5 it was a close fight but yes Tommy did beat a legit 175 lber. Maybe I'll have to reconsider his place p4p ATG.

I believe they were, even if its on the way out. To each his own though. It was pretty messed up that Mosley took Steroids, so did Vargas.
