look, for sure calzaghe will want to have a final fight in wales for his fans. that means there needs to be a credible oponnent and dawson is undefeated and not over age 40.

I doubt if calzaghe could 'get up' for fighting chad dawson. Chad has potential but he needs atleast another big win before he can 'call out' calzaghe. I'm thinking maybe if he beat hopkins, that would give him a good shout for a fight with joe. One intersting thing is that calzaghe has never fought a southpaw....EVER. Dawson is young, fast with power. He seems to have some decent skills but he needs to atleast one more big win against a big name!

look, there is no real other fighter that calzaghe can fight besides dawson.

johnson and bhop are both 40+.

honestly imho calzaghe can beat dawson. but seeing is believing. dawson is economical w/ his punches and takes breaks during entire rounds. that's right up calzaghe's alley. he should definitely fight dawson.

bhop will always be a tough fight for joe. and johnson has the style to give joe problems imho, but johnson / calzaghe will be an all out war.

for a fight in wales, calz wants to look impressive, and imho he could totally outclass dawson, which is why he should really consider fighting dawson.
