Most of those fighters like Benn, Eubank, Toney, Collins, Calzaghe, Hopkins etc. could have beaten him the night Tarver and Johnson beat him, otherwise Roy schools most of them and comfortably bests the others but the point is even if Roy could have schooled them does that mean he shouldn't fight them?

I think Floyd would school Margarito but does that mean he shouldn't fight the best in and around his division? No

On subject I think Roy perhaps didn't duck fighters but he certainly didn't chase the best, he was happy fighting who he did.

This whole thread has been people providing proof, not only me and you still sit here and deny, deny, deny. LOL, man i really do pitty you. I was the one who started all this **** in this thread, and you say I pluck other peoples quotes? When I wrote the last post to you , I had not even read anything beyond your last post to me. Look it up, dumbass. I simply gave you the facts. Roy was Ring ranked #1 and Jones was #2. It was said on the HBO telecast. That is Proof *****! Proof, right there. Another couple of guys showed you proof with links and you said you didnt have to look at it, like you have some boxing databank at the house or something. Go to Youtube and look at the video. What a dillusional soul you are. I'm no Bert Randolph Sugar or anything but I put your boxing knowledge to shame , Jones Hater UK punk biotch.
Where in this delusional rant did you respond to any of my points?

So your proof is the commentators? The ones who said they were 1 and 2 with the IBF and didnt mention the Ring. Ok cool.

My boxing databank comes from more than looking at youtube videos. I actually watched the sport before youtube came around.

Bernard Hopkins having never had a significant fight was not considered the best middleweight in the world when Roy fought him.

Wake me up when you disprove that statement.

"UK punk biotch"? Wow........your little kid sure has a great model there.

That was a great fight. You gotta give it to Hall though. That man is tough. It would have been hard to come back after that first round but he really hung in there for the long haul. I'm surprised Roy didn't let him finish to be honest.

After what happened in Seoul, am surprised Roy Jones even bothers having a passport.

I dont know... What I do know is I think Roy would of trashed DM, and so do most boxing writers, or so ive read.
And those same writers say this now just because Gonzalez beat him.

You should know that before Roy hit the scene at LH, DM was already well established as a dominate force at LH. Which is why people wanted Roy to fight him, DM was one of the best at LH. Roy didn't enter the division fighting the top dog at LH.
