I still don't buy the Hopkins ducking Calzaghe, Zaghe hadn't beat anyone good to make someone like Hopkins scared of him.

Also, stop bringing up Bowe, I don't go around hanging off Bowes nutsack and quoting him word for word and calling it "common knowledge".

can you give me the time frames of Zaghe landing some solid blows please? I must have missed them for 20th time around watching the fight.
Its not for you to buy. Its what happened. What more do you want?

A recorded video of the meeting where Hopkins agreed to the fight?

Or the phone message 24 hours later with him whimpering saying "please dont put me in there with Joe, I cant find my testicles, give me Carl Daniels instead"

If he backed out it wasn't because of fear. Hopkins wouldn't be scared of a nobody in Wales, even you know that. Zaghe only really got recognition after beating that journeyman Jeff Lacy.

Hopkins didn't take the fight for the same reason he had almost NO big fights after Tito. he was under contract with his a long-time enemy and rival, was barely getting paid and would have to give up a lot of money to that rival in order to get paid.

Hopkins also wasn't aware of how close King and Warren were - Warren only revealed a month ago that when King was on trial, he asked Warren to run his business if he was sent to jail. If I remember correctly, Hops asked for double the amount after agreeing upon the first contract. This is what caused King to say, "Hopkins is like the guy who wins the lotto and loses the ticket." Guess Hops had the last laugh.
I should also add that clearly Hops pulled out for money, not because he ducked anyone. That word gets tossed around a lot - depending on whom it benefits. Like, Calzaghe "ducked" Glen Johnson.

You ever been to Wales mate? They bum sheeps over there. I'd be ****ing scared too!

Funny how it goes from "Super Middleweight Tyson" to "journeyman" within a couple of years.

Agreeing the fight then backing out = ducking.

Getting injured in training and pulling out is not ducking. Especially considering Calzaghe was ready to go a few weeks later.

This is the truth. Out of every resume and backround in boxing, Hopkins is least likely to fear anyone.

who did the super middleweight Tyson beat? is that how they rate fighters in europe? based on Hype? doesn't matter if they called him the super middleweight Tyson, the fact is he hasn't beat anyone good and has yet to prove it.

Well it depends on what fantasy world you choose to live in.

If it's Joe's, then Bernard Hopkins ducked him - even if he stated it was money.

If it's someone else's, you believe Joe ducked Glen Johnson by pulling out twice - even if he stated it was because of injuries.
