Hopkins: "Next Time, I'm Knocking Joe Calzaghe Out"

Bernard Hopkins plans to cause hell during the November 8 showdown between Joe Calzaghe and Roy Jones Jr. Hopkins, speaking with Steve Bunce's Boxing Hour, said that he would not consider light heavyweight champ Chad Dawson as a potential opponent, but promised to make the winner of Calzaghe-Jones change their mind about fighting him. In the last few days, both Calzaghe and Jones showed no interest in a rematch with Hopkins. Calzaghe won a close decision over Hopkins in April, while Jones won a decision over Hopkins in 1993. Dayum, B-Hop is hell bent on the winner of this fight. I say let's do the damn thing, especially if somebody wins as impressively as Hops did against Pavlik.

i wouldn't either if i was him. after being mentally and physically beat down and recieving a gift on top of it. i doubt those amazing set of circumstances would ever repeat themselves for a calzaghe win. yet in his heart he knows he lost so maybe he will stop being a ***** and lose again.

This is good. Keep your name in the mix, even if both fighters want to act like you're invisible right now.

lol hopkins was invisible when calzaghe fought him. he couldn't ****ing hit him. calzaghe on the other hand was an open book whenever hopkins threw he landed. what a joke decision.
