No. The majority of the press had Calzaghe winning. If you have proof otherwise, I'd love to see it.lies. flat out lies. revising history again are we? just like calzaghe was a huge underdog against lacy right? why didn't cortez take any points away for all these egregious fouls? maybe cause calzaghe kept rushing in like a moron with his windmill air punches. it was bound to turn the fight into ****.he didn't take any points from calzaghe either for constant low blows and behind the head punches(only clean punches joe landed) how does that warrant a win? at the end of the day hopkins landed all the clean punches and there is nothing you can do or say to refute that. you have to live with the lie and keep defending a windmilling fairy.
Calzaghe was a huge underdog against Lacy.
I dont know. Cortez took points away from Hatton for punching a rope. So you tell me why he allowed Hopkins to foul his way through the fight.
Constant low blows?
Surely if he slaps like a girl, it wouldnt have hurt Bernard.
At the end of the day, Calzaghe won the fight. Nothing you do or say will change that.

I never said anything about the winner having the clean face out of the two. I was stating that Joe didn't hit Hop and that his face proves it (as Hop explains post fight). It had nothing to do with the W or L.You didn't explain the part of the rules that says:
1. The challenger has to do more to win a title
2. The inner of a fight is the guy whose face looks better
3. The winner of the fight is the guy with the best highlight reel.
Jones won't counter ****. If he couldn't stop fat inactive former welterweight Trinidad how do you think he's stopping Calzaghe?
Watch Kessler VS Joe. Joe actually hit kessler. Big difference in Hop's and Kessler's faces. Kessler had marks, Hop didn't. Meaning Joe landed and rightfully won. The big debate here is that everyone says Joe Calzaghe did/didn't land. WELL my point again was Hop's face didn't prove that Joe did land anything at all. See the light?
You got the wrong person when talking about a highlight reel... I have no idea what your talking about on that subject.
And I never said that Roy WOULD stop Joe. I said there is always a possibility of a KO because it is indeed boxing. So that would go either way. I just said Joe leaves himself wide open giving Roy the chance to hit him flush and could KO him. But I dont think that would be the out come.
My prediction is a SD/UD for Roy. You watch, he will counter Joe. Watch Joe (in slow mo) VS Hop and even times of the Kessler fight. He leaves himself wide open "NOW A DAYS" with his "super windmill flurry of slaps". Jones knows this and will use it against him. Joe's never seen the speed of Jones. He may not Ko him but if his legs are there (I think they will be), Joe will be in some unexpected trouble.
Either way I cant wait till 24/7. Jones will put some doubt into the calzaghe fans.Comment

This is what I was saying. especially if Hop uses his so called "NEW" AGRESSIVE" style. The "taking the seat belt off" theory. The "letting go" more often type of fight. This is everything he clearly DID NOT do VS Calzaghe. Joe didnt beat him. Just gave him the blue prints on what to do next time.
Quick Example:
Tarver Jones 1. Jones won, but it was close, but Tarver NOW nows what to do.
Tarver Jones II. Taver ended Roy's career for awhile
Not saying HOP would KO Joe. But would take "the seat belt off" and let go.
anyway lets see a HOP VS JONES II so they can retire BAMF'in ATG's!!!!Comment

this is ******
in calzaghe's highlight reel he's supposed to look good...... period
why does calzaghe get beaten up in his highlight reel ??????
oh i know why, because he lost the fight.
I think this was HBO at work because they wanted to see jones-
calzaghe instead of jones-hopkins (because roy wouldnt take the fight)Comment
