I've ridden Joe pretty hard on here, but I think he makes the Hall Of Fame based on his work at SMW. I don't know how you can keep a man out with those accolades, even if a bunch of the competition was questionable to many.
Now giving him all-time great status with his record as it stands at the moment is not credible to me. He needs at least another good win against a proven young buck and unfaded, highly regarded championship veteran to be considered for me. Despite what people here now think of Pavlik, that is the reason he should've taken that fight over Jones first. Kessler is his best win in that regard. He would've been the man right now too, if he fought Glen Johnson and pulled the W. He's got to make up for that duck some kind of way also.
