O he landed, remember once again Hop didn't have the defense he has now and Roy would throw from all angels not just to the face. He actually landed Clean, unlike Joe against a more defensive and very slick fighter. As for his face I bet it looked better than it did VS Joe since he was about 15 or so years younger. Public, judges and fans all agreed on the outcome of the fight. That explains all.

Still my point is everyone is arguing about it and Hop's face as he stated was clean. If he did land it should have looked like Kessler's, who's face wasn't too bad but one could tell he was slapped around.
