Did Holyfield ever duck anybody? Did Hearns? Did Ali? Did Frazier? Did Leonard?

    No, of course they didn't.

Yeah, I was gonna disagree with the Leonard part as well.

I have to admit though, I had a much higher opinion of Sugar Ray before I started reading things on here. Some of your posts were very educational wmute

not thinking about Pryor, more about the scene at 54-60 in the late 80s, and the fighs he picked, or his rematch policies.

ANYWAYS, just like it is the case with Mayweather... It's their lives, their money, while I am the one watching. I ran less miles than they sparred rounds. So I thank both of them from my heart for gracing the squared circle with their presence.

Excellent post, and I share the sentiments.

I never like saying anything not positive about a fighter, but seeing double standards begin accepted... it's even worse. isnt it?

Leonard never ducked pryor, there was never a demand for this fight. I ask all you experts 2 do your research & not jump on every bandwagon that comes by. Pryor was not in demand until nov 1982, when he 1st beat arguello, hmmmm hadn't ray already had his detatched retina by then?

I do agree that in his return to the ring he selected older fighters, mostly because he knew he was not the same fighter after being gone for long. He'll he was getting dropped in camp by the likes of Quincy Taylor.
