I'll reply, Just because I ain't got much else to do. All your doing is keep saying "You got PWNED!!!! ahhahaha I win!!!!", If you had the ability to make a post without using the smiley I might bother to discuss with you properly, Using that is like a kid saying " hahahaha I win " and running off.

As I have said constantly, Their oppenets were pretty similar, Records dont really mean **** all. If someone beats Charlie Zelenoff 30 times, he is 30-0, don't mean he is any good.

Yes, but there's no way we can examin their records without Boxrec.

It's a very limited way yes, but its ALL we have.

All you were saying was "ahhhh he used boxrec wat a noob omg boxrec noob"

When this is true when they are world champions, you can't use boxrec, but at the start of thire careers, you have to.

I on;y said that after you started basing your argument around the "" smiley after copying a couple of records off the net.

So, You just admitted that you can't prove whos oppenents were better basically. We havn't seen them fight outside of their fights with the 2 (Most probably), so you have no proof. I stated an opinion, And as i said earlier i don't really mind if someone disagrees with it.

Why are you two arguing about this? Its true that in order to evaluate the fighters their records have to be examined. Calzaghe's opponents have a slightly better one overall. It doesn't matter though, in both cases they are just lesser opponents, the type beaten by every up and comer. There's no reason to try and prove that one set is massively better.

The fight was stopped because the opponent wasn't competitive enough rather than because he was close to getting knocked out cold. He was still on his feet at the end.

I've seen better displays of Joe's punching power.

They do have to be looked at. But posting a few records then claiming "ownage" doesn't mean much. I agree though, Both of their first few oppenents were bad and were in the ring to make Hopkins/Calzaghe look good. I don't believe either has a massivly better set, My original comment was that, In my opinion Hopkins oppenents were a little bit better. Which i will stick to.

To tell the truth, That rumor is one made up by people who just ***** about Hopkins all the time....

The biggest names on Marvin Haglers record are Duran, Hearns and Leonard. Remind me, What weight classes did they start at?
