Tunney, If you are so obsessed with Mayweather and his fans I will make a thread for you to bash him and his fans. But this thread is about Cotto. Why does everything become a Mayweather thread. This thread is about Maragrito broke down Cotto and made him quit.

I may be old school but a real warrior goes out on his back, gets KO'd out. I bet you Marg doesn't take a knee, he get's KO'd out.
He knew he was hurt, taking two knees buys him at least 16 seconds to recover and he doesn't look at his corner until his uncle steps onto the apron.

Cotto doesn't nod his head at the ref. He looks lost and speechless and he knew the fight was over. The way he had his hands down and how he walked straight to his trainer with hesitation.

It's cruel to see a guy who seemed invincible to so many go down like that.

                But that's what happened.

Cotto quit to live and fight another day.

He knew he was only getting hurt worst.
if thats your opinion then fine.

The point was he was willing to continue, thus meaning he didn't quit, he would have continued if his trainer hadn't intervened.

                  Did Ali quit against Holmes?
                  Corrales against Mayweather?
                  Frazier against Ali?

And Judah did show a lot of heart to stand up to the beating he took.
We could argue the **** all day.

I think he was waiting until his corner took the choice of whether to go continue out of his hands.

He had the look of a fighter who was waiting for it to be stopped, in my mind.

But I don't really care if he quit or not.

Miguel had a right to save himself from more beating.

Just so long as the bitchasses who tore Judah down get to eat they own faeces.

Nothing shameful about it at all. Cotto was badly hurt, his face battered and bleeding, yet he was ready to continue. What more can we ask of him?

What is shameful, is Floyd's ducking Margarito and Cotto, and then retiring to duck De La Hoya, after he saw DLH fight well against Forbes. Now that's a disgrace!
