Better Legacy Hopkins or Calzaghe lets settle it for good

Some of you guys act like Tito moved from welter.

He beat the snot out of the two junior middleweight champs first.

And umm...he sure looked like a middleweight in his fight before Hopkins and his fight after.

Maybe it nothing.

But maybe it's because he was off for almost a year and added a couple of pounds. I'm not saying he wasn't bigger then those guys, I'm saying he belonged at that weight because he had no trouble making weight.

As long as 6ft tall Corrales could make weight for 135 he belonged there. But we all know, weight and strength don't win you fights alone, skills do.

i'm not sayin bernard didn't belong at middlewight i'm saying trinidad and delahoya didn't belong there and wright didn't belong at light heavy

Hopkins has the bigger names but the biggest names on his resume were smaller in size than him

is trinidad a natural middleweight? trinidad couldn't phase roy jones with his punches and jone supposedly has a glass jaw
winky wright is a 154 fighter who had to move up to 175 to fight hopkins even though hopkins fought the majority of his carrer at middleweight
oscar delahoya had 2 fights at 160 and both of them should of been losses, oscar has never fought another fight at 160 after that
jones,calzaghe and taylor all beat hopkins

Hopkins fought 154 for a lot of his career, the fact that he can beat Tarver at 175 at the age of 43 says something (tarver walks around at 220)
Yes Trinidad and De la Hoya did move up in weight, but they gave him a harder time than Tarver did who was bigger and Hopkins was older, so totally putting them off would be rediculous.

Wright is about Hopkins size. You can also look at how well he did in his losses, almost all controversial (aside from the Jones Jr fight) they could have gone ether way. I fail to believe Calzaghe would do that well.

you can also make the argument that Hopkins could easily beat everyone Calzaghe has. I will not put Calzaghe over Hopkins because
Calzaghe just barely beat a shell of Hopkins, He needs one big win to make him not look like a joke.

the guy by his own admission is a strictly a Calzaghe fan he rubs poeple up the wrong way because of nutghuggery thats why Joe gets criticised all the while he also goes around ****ting on other fights like Pavlik just to make Calz look better because Joe apparently avoided him

who was he fighting at 160 before bernard? no one special.who did trinidad fight after bernard?nobody special and then retired.trinidad came back to fight mosley but he lost so trinidad had to fight wright and he got washed up by wright and retired again.what junior middlewight has beeen succesful at middleweight?so what does trinidad beating vargas has to do with the middleweight champ
