Why should he go up in weight, it's not like everyone does, there's no rule or expectation for boxers to do so and it's often not done. He coulda sure, but it would have involved leaving his hard earned SMW belt, fighting 2+ fights against bums for low money at LHW, for just a potential fight with Roy Jones for also low money. Whats the point in that, he's not a ****ing seal jumping through hoops you know. Christ.

It's also not totally his responsibility to "make himself known" to the US. Christ, complain to hbo for not showing many european fights if you want, it's not a one man crusade. Like I said, I dunno about rating Starie over Miranda but Miranda is very low down the list.

And Taylor is a bit overrated in my opinion. He would've been an after-thought had the judges got it right first time againt Hopkins. Or even against Wright.

what ever son if the judges got the Hopkins v Taylor fight wrong then they got the Calz v Hopkins fight wrong at least Taylor landed the punches he threw lol

Miranda maybe overated but he is still above some of those names Ricky mentioned, Miranda has beaten Allan Green ,Howard Eastman

Collins is a good fighter, unlike Miranda.

Woodhall suffered from injuries throughout most of his career but stated he was "finally 100% against Calzaghe" in his last fight and Reid went on to lose *COUGH beat* Ottke in Germany a whole 4 years after the Calzaghe fight in one of his best performances so he was no where near "on the slide".

Collins would never have beaten a Prime Eubank, thats a given. I think his style matches up well with Benn though so that fight would be interesting, even against a Prime Benn.

I agree that Reid wasn't that great and I should have listed Woodhall, Sheika and Bika above him in that list to name a few but he was still a gold medalist and former champion, something Miranda will never be.

i agree allthough i feel Benn was further down the round than Eubank when they fought Collins

id pick Miranda to beat Woodhall and Starie though ,i dont know about Reid because he did have a good chin and he could counter punch quite good on the backfoot the likes of Woodhall ,Starie ,Viet ,Sheika id give Miranda more than a good chance Woodhall was down 3 times against Nardiello,Beyer , Calzaghe
