Pacquiao's a great, great fighter aswell obviously, but he just doesn't seem as unbeatable to me

pacquiao seems beatable because hes fighting the best and has no problem fighting guys that are naturally bigger than him. of course mayweather looks unbeatable when he is fighting ndou bruseles sosa gatti mitchell baldomir etc. and ducking the best.

Nobody was massively opposed to that fight til after. And that fight was one Floyd had wanted for years. It was his target in climbing through these weight classes.

Baldomir was about setting that fight up by claiming the lineal welterweight championship, Ring, WBC.

Laughable as it may seem now, a number of people were actually calling for Mayweather-Hatton.
