Why would Lacy already being exposed as a hype job at the top level, get a fight against another top guy? He only just beat Manfredo for christs sake, now he faces Taylor. Bloody ridiculous, all over again.

Lacy was the better prospect, but he fought in Calzaghe's division whereas Taylor only had to contend with . . . . .

      OK I'll stop.

Taylor shouldn't have too much trouble with this, but where do people come off crediting him with a good chin?

If he boxes smartly like in the second Pavlik fight and Lacy fails to pressure like he used to, then Taylor wins widely

If Taylor had a weak chin, then he would have been stopped a lot earlier than the 7th round. He fought a knockout artist and took his best punch for over half of the fight, his chin is excellent. Taylor also took many hard punches in the rematch as well. If Taylor has a weak chin, then so did the 29 other guys that Pavlik knocked out. Fighters with weak chins gets exposed by light punchers. If you have as much power as Haye, Foreman, Pavlik, Klitschko ect, then having a great chin wouldn't matter. You could still be knocked out and Jermain was systematically broken down.

Pavlik doesn't punch like a Haye or a Klitschko.

Taylor fought 154 lb ers both before and after Hopkins for a good reason.

I like Taylor, and he is very talented. But his chin is one of his weaknesses. I won't say it's glass, but it's not great at 160 and will be worse at 168.

If Lacy beats Taylor will people start giving Calzaghe some credit for that win?

I must admit that you are one of the few that questions Taylor chin. He has never been down before or since the Palik fight and Pavlik has 29 knockouts out of 33 fights. Thats nothing to be ashamed about as he is pound for pound one of the best punchers of today. He not only punches hard, but he wears you down by the accuracy, percision and the accumulitive effect is what got the job done. Similar to a young Joe Louis. Not a one punch ****er, but a pin point accurate power puncher with underrated boxing ability.

Pavlik also stopped Miranda, are we questioning his chin as well? He was stopped in the exact same round as Taylor was and took as punches as he did.

Good match up for two fighters who are on the comeback road. The Lacy against Manfredo will be in big trouble. The Taylor against Pavlik 2 did damn well. I love to see this one!!!.

(Jesus how teampalle has made this a f..k up. They should have fought Miranda and then next Taylor, Lacy, Pavlik or RJJ. Now they fight Sartison.............................. on PPV ????????????????????????????????????????????)
