Joe looks pretty stunned there, look at his face.

And what does clinching have to do with anything? You're British, don't you like Ricky Hatton? That mother****er clinches like a Leprechaun version of John Ruiz.
I've watched the fight 9 times so far. One of those times I counted the clinches (160 of them), and I've studied the action at end of the 7th. Joe was headbutted. Plain and simple. First he was hit on the left arm with a right hand, then butted, then took a right to the cheek. The butt affected him more than either of those punches. Clinching has everything to do with it because Bernard invited Joe to brawl (when Joe was coming forward already) then Bernard clinched. It looked a bit silly, to b honest with you.

I am American, btw. Hatton's alright, I like the guy.

Looks fine to me. If he was dazed he wouldn't have gotten off the canvas after only one second. Cortez didn't even start counting.

He got off the canvas around 5. Cortez was counting if I remember correctly.

A prime Bernard would've jumped on him right then and there, but his defensive style is suited to his age now. He's not the seek and destroy fighter he used to be, hasn't been since the last Robert Allan fight.

And I like the way you failed to comment about the other 2 times Bernard sent Joe reeling, it helps prove my point.
well thats cuz those 2 punches were the only clean ones landed by hopkins the entire fight and calzaghe was never in trouble by the old hopkins of course ur gonna get hurt when u take a punch that doesnt mean ur gonna get knocked out he retreated and kept punching hopkins like nothing happened
kessler was also landing big shots on calzaghe but he did the same he went backwards and then kept attacking
pavlik got the ability to hurt calzaghe but when calzaghe gets hurt he doesnt go on the ropes or starts clinching he keeps attacking thats why hes never been koed

Just checked the video, Cortez started the count at 4, and Joe was already getting up. So I take that one back.

I counted the amount of time he was on the canvas with the timer on my video player (VLC). ONE second, possibly 1.5.

Bringer, I hate to tell you this, but Calzaghe won that fight.

He got up from the knockdown.

Arguing about how hurt he was, or how many seconds he was down is irrelevant.

                    Please, give it up.

Dude their styles are ****ing worlds apart!. WTF are you smoking?

Kessler is a classic boxer who has never beaten a live opponent in his life. All he has fought is the 168 euro fringe guys. He has never beaten a grade b fighter let alone a grade A fighter.

Pavlik is a Puncher/Brawler with some boxing skills, but wants to pound the piss out of his opponents.

Not even close to being the same.
