i'd pay to see it. kickboxing match would be interesting between the two. roy has superior skills and hands in boxing but anderson can kick to make it interesting. equipment is the same too. kickboxing uses boxing gloves not the mma grappling gloves.
It's still bad for Roy. Even if you give the advantage to RJJ in boxing which most will, the kicking ability would go to Silva and he is more dominant in striking then RJJ compared to Silva in boxing. You can still give Silva a chance boxing but you can't give RJJ a big chance in any other aspect. RJJ even said he wasn't interested to do any form of MMA and it isn't for him. It wouldn't make sense to either. Silva has trained in boxing and is one of his routines before a fight but RJJ has never done MMA so it would be lopsided

You don't know anything about what you're talking about. So thanks for making my point easier.

        Reaching are we?

It's easier to have exciting undercards in the UFC because the fights are only 3 X 5 minute rounds. That would be like putting on 5 round fights on PPV undercards, plus there are more ways to finish the fight so the fights don't go the distance as much. Just because a guy gets stopped or submitted that does not equal excitement, I thought the GSP vs Serra was crap. Sure GSP did whatever he wanted but are you going to tell me thats a great fight? People gassing after 1 round in the undercard wasn't exciting to me either.
How much more rounds do you want. Most people don't even like to see it go to the rounds and it doesn't as much anyway. Another thing to keep in mind is there is more contact in UFC so more rounds wouldn't make sense for the fighters. You didn't like the GSP vs Serra but that's MMA. It's not just about striking for some of these guys. That's why there are different techniques. It wasn't as bad in my opinion. The problem for it not being exciting is because it was very lopsided and that is why some don't think it was as exciting and everyone was expecting GSP to strike with Serra. Again you are only pointing out the faults of the UFC and not pointing out the other great fights GSP had and all other fighters. Griffin is one that always comes and puts on a show and there are many others that also do. What excitement do you want then? You can't always expect them to just trade punches and even when they do people critisize it for being to similiar to boxing and don't respect its styles

Lets make this real easy. Ufc is big because white dudes have a sport they can call their own and identify with. Not too many white dudes(American) making an impact in boxing except the Ghost Pavlik. The UFc has primarily white guys fightin so they can relate.

It is the sport where white guys are the draw for the most part as opposed to boxing where the draw is black, mex/pr or philip.

That's true but it serves no point to any arguement. Even if white people are the primary viewers of UFC, so what. It is only growing and soon every kind of people will be watching it. Also, the UFC LHW champion is Jackson who is black so I think he will draw in some black fans and the more champions there are from different nations the more it will appeal to that nation

Ok, because I mistakenly spelt Muay Thai incorrect I don't know what I'm talking about? I bet I can get 10 posts where you didn't spell something right. Now your changing subjects because first you said no one knows what they're posting. Now your saying spelling mistakes. Pick out one fact that I stated that isn't correct. Your just ignorant all you do is talk but you can't back it up with any facts.

I don't have any problems with Ufc. I know that Quinton rampage jackson is the lhw champ. Seen him plenty fightin in Japan in Pride. I have the 1st 3 UFc 's on tape and I'll check it out if nothing else is on.

That doesn't take away from the fact that white guys are the main reason why UFC is big in terms of fighters and those who watch it. The biggest names and those who are featured are white, Liddell vs Jackson was all about the Iceman.

You haven't seen a second of Muay Thai your entire life. Stop reaching and speaking on things you don't know anything about. BTW youtube doesn't count.
