Pathetic comeback, seems like “******” was well deserved...
1) Oscar is AT LEAST a welterweight, if not bigger, everyone on earth knows this, so i friendly suggest you cut the crap before looking (more) ridiculous
2) Shane one of the best at welterweight? I hate to break it to you, but this is 2008, not 2001.Comment

I thought the best in the division were fighting this weekend, and then the winner of both fights fight each other.
EDIT: and where's Mayweather in all of this while the best fight each other? Wrestling lolLast edited by PapiShasho; 04-10-2008, 11:41 AM.Comment

I thought I presented Cotto's career in the last 2 years...
oh wait
You saying that Cotto did NOT fight the best at 147 so far, but he is going to start do it after Gomez? I agree with that.Comment

I know your post is regarding what Steward said, however...Pathetic comeback, seems like “******” was well deserved...

I don't understand how you make this case for Oscar being "AT LEAST a welterweight, if not bigger", but before this you conveniently say:
If Oscar is a Welterweight, Mosley is a Welterweight. Fighting the last 8-9 years of your career 147 and above constitutes comfort with that weight. The guy had beaten a couple of top 15 Welterweights in Collazo and Estrada before fighting Miguel and was coming off 5 straight wins. Mosley is certainly as good as Williams, Margarito, and Cintron, even with his advanced age. Guys you say are the best.Mosley: former lightweight, 36 years old, who did not win a title fight in ages
Beating Urkal was nothing special, Judah was a name. I'd say he has fought strong competition and will continue fighting strong competition in the future. Margarito/Cintron next up...Comment

OG, my point is Oscar is a welter, Shane is a welter. None of them are the best welters, (although they probably are the most skilled welters).I know your post is regarding what Steward said, however...

What Manny said implied Oscar is not a welter, and Shane is one of the best welters. I disagree with that
I am not sure old Shane and old Oscar are as good as young Marg, Williams, Cintron. In their prime hell yes, but the way Oscar fights only a few rounds and Shane timing looking like ****, I am not sure.
(Although I would like other fights being made) I have no problems with the fights Cotto is taking, like I have no problems with the fights Floyd is taking, like I have no problems with the fights Pacman is taking, it's their career, they do what's best for themselves, I would do the same, everyone would do the same, especially most of those who sy they wouldnt.
I have massive problems with the many posters here who have ridiculous double standards.Comment
