Maybe he had morales number style wise but as a boxer i always thought morales was superior.
i agree........i was so afraid that JMM was gonna get robbed...

      irate them like this:

      1-morales
      2-marquez
      3-barrera

      resume-wise:

      1-erik and mab
      2-marquez
i respectably disagree. if you brawl with naz theres only ever gonna be one winner.... naz. morales had a very good chin but naz probably hits as hard if not harder than anybody ever at 130, he was a freak. barera's boxing brain and skills allowed him to embarrass naz, and the key to his victory was the fact he never brawled with him, rather he used educated pressure and picked his shots perfectly

MAB is better than Morales. He alway stood up and went on track after every lose. You rarely see a fighter lose like that and comes few fight later to become p4p best

well naz didnt even fight at 130....morales brawls with skills, he would chop naz down with pressure and end it with a brutal chopping right to the jaw...

barrera didnt do anything special really, naz didnt now how to lead and was very undertrained..........barrera was what he thought was a safe fight and ducked his mantadory JMM, marquez wouldve done better....

mmmm if i remember correctly erik always came back after a loss too, he "lost" to barrera the second fight, then came back and became unified 130lb champion, he really lost to barrera the third fight, he cam back and whooped the guy who blitzed barrera...

he lost 3 in a row, he came back and went out on his shield against the #2 lightweight in the world and shouldve gotten the victory....

barrera lived off his 2nd win over morales for 2 years, till he fought a good fighter in marquez and got dominated....

my apologies 127 then, although im sure naz power would of travelled to 130 with ease. morales had great skills but to me by standing there and trading with naz your asking to be knocked out. if he employs a similar strategy to that where he fought barera "i'll take 1 to give 1" then he's going to sleep. im not saying i dont think morales can win, im simply saying he would need to fight very smart, something barera was masterful at

There were plenty of exchanges throughout the fight where Marquez completely outclass Pacquiao, neither Barrera nor Morales did anything close to that
too bad they havent invented a fight that begins in round 2

he didnt get dominated by Marquez as I recall. seen the fight and it was a close fight but Barrera shot himself when he hit Marquez when he was down as well as it wasnt consider as KO so that screwed him alot but it was pretty close I got Marquez winning by a point I remeber.

As for Morales, He alway looked pretty strong and usally never looked like anyone could beat him in his time of his career intell he lost to Barrare.

part of Barrera career people consider him to retire but he fough off like the lose against Junior Jones and the lose against PAc which people though he would lose against Ayalie and Morales. but he kept winning.

if you see p4p best Mexician fighters of all time Barrera is alway ranked better than Morales

bah, I really like Marquez and all, but people give him a ton of credit mostly because hes outlasting Marco and Erik, even tho both those guys have had waaaaaaaaaay more taxing careers.

If you ask me, if you take either of them from their 1st fight and threw them up against Marquez at any time, both of them would when.

and for the record I had MAB-Morales 1 even in rounds, but that bull**** knockdown in the 12th won it for MAB. so as far as Im concerned, theyre 1-1-1
