Mexicans and Filipinos are about the same average height of 5'5 inches so no nationally is really shorter or taller than the other. Which nationality eat dogs? Well, thats really up to debate. I've lived in Mexico for half of my life and I never once saw a dog eaten by anyone (to my knowledge).
