Once, twice, how many times? The claim was made that he generally does 48,000, while you claimed that the entire country tunes in to watch him fight. And as a matter of fact, you were steadfast on 30,000 until someone bumped it up to 48. You people are liars. lol..

I do, all the time. Anyways..

Using his superior speed and ability, Mayweather outboxed the Golden Boy, Oscar De La Hoya, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena last night, taking a 12-round split decision before a sold-out crowd of 16,700. - source

    vs. 2.4 million ppv buys!

^The above demonstrates why live gate doesn't mean anything. Assuming Ricky has drawn over 16,000 in England, this would be like saying he has more drawing power than Oscar De La Hoya as well. The arenas out there have a higher capacity obviously if that's the case and going out to boxing events isn't as much as a past time here as ordering pay per view, cracking a few beers, and inviting some friends over.
It was me who said 48.
what is said was that IF hatton was to fight at the city of Manchester stadium then he would fill it
All I ask of u fella is u watch on dec 8th and also watch the weigh in and i guarentee u will come back on here saying that we were right about rickys fanbase.
He had 3000 people at a weigh in for the castillo fight ffs, I was there, no other fighter on the planet would get that in a foreign country. Yet for some strange reason u think Floyd has more fans than Ricky
Floyd is big in America, he's not big anywhere else is he? yet more Americans know who Ricky is than Brits know who Floyd is. No one apart from your boxing fan knows who Floyd is over here, no one. its just some bloke Rickys facing. Yet in America Ricky is seen to be big enough to be part of a 24/7. I don't see no english programmes made about floyd, plenty about Ricky like

Naw, see, I don't go by that. The "IFs" are too iffy for me. I don't touch those. I see what the problem was. Circular reasoning.

There are some parallels with Muhammad Ali.
Don't exclude the rest of my post....you little twirp. There are NO parallels with Ali. lmao You just exposed your immature ignorance once again.

i was in afgahnistan and for the most part and for the most part we dont interact all that often, we have our own areas that we live/sleep/eat at, and unless its a joint operation, we dont really interact with each other all that much. everyone does their own thing for the most part.

actually, afgahnistan was a pretty unified mission, its iraq is where the UK had the most positive impact. personally, i liked the royal military, the only problem is that those guys dont have too many hobbies outside of drinking and playing soccer so alot of people couldnt really relate to them, but i liked them alot.
