But yes, in general, the fighter makes the title too.

Im sure he did that at 140 and 147 becuase Gatti and Baldo held those belts. NOT becuase it is the 'official' belt. It doesnt always mean that the owner is the offcial champion..

that's cherry picking and manipulating his fanboyz

LOL people are confusing great and exciting. You can think he is boring more power to you. However to be considered the BEST you have to show the speed, ring smarts, adapdability and ring prowess that can't be compared to anyone else. Calzaghe is as close as you can get to overtaking Floyd but the gap is STILL there. If you want a showman go watch a magician or something, if you want to see the BEST boxer activley fighting go watch a Mayweather bout.

        you are DEAD wrong.

none of that matters. all that matters is how well you do against the best. and if you arent even fighting the BEST then it doesnt matter how well you look against lesser opponents.

Calzaghe truly has dominated his division. When will Floyd even TRY to do it?

Mayweather dominated a division 6 years ago, then he moved up one division to beat THE man (135), he beat THE man at 147, he captured WBC belts at 140 and 154, and he is now fighting an undefeated ring champion.

When will Joe even TRY to do it?

Let's see him be lineal champion at lightheavy and cruiser, then we can talk about p4p.

yeah unfortunately for you my post goes on to show how Floyd not only accomplished at age 24 what Calzaghe accomplished at age 34, but also how he went on to do things that Calzaghe will never do. Tough luck!

Great he is fighting the man at 140. Floyd doesnt fight at 140.

PW, Cotto and Mosley would all beat HAtton and probably a few other welters like MArgo and Clottey and Cintron COLLAZO.

Funny with all the great match ups Floyd's is the least anticipated. Cus he should be fighting a top welter.. Fans arent ******. Cotto Mosley, will be better..pAVLIK/tAYLOR better, Calzaghe/ Kessler BETTER..cuz they makes sense. Top guys in same division fighting eachother..
