It sees like you are pulling at teeth here budd. You can be overrated (ie people saying Oscar is one of the greatest fighters to ever live) and still be a hall of famer. Hell, some people say Ali is overrated and he is one of the greatest fighters of all time.

What makes it contradicting is that at one point you're dissing on DLH, comparing him to Leija. On another thread you're saying that he is a HOF lock. Go figure!

Regarding the "Harris is elite" comment you keep referring to. Here is what I said:

Ricky Hatton has been at 140 for ten years and somehow has found a way to avoid fighting any prime , elite fighter. I then listed the guys who I felt consisted of the lion's share of the elite fighters at 135-140 for the past decade: Corley, lazcano, castillo, tszyu, Casamayor, Judah, gatti, Freitas, Ndou, malignaggi, mayweather, witter, cotto, etc, etc... HATTON HAS NOT FOUGHT A SINGLE ONE OF THOSE GUYS IN THEIR PRIME DESPITE BEING AT 140 FOR A DECADE. That is 40+ fights.

If you do a search on the word's "lions share" you can prolly find the post or thread.

Is Harris an "elite fighter" as in a P4P-rated guy? NO. Of course not.

Has Harris been among the elite of that division over the past decade? Absolutely. He has been a titlist and pretty consistently rated in the top five.
