I think we should include the ODLH fight in any discussion of The Floyd's welterweight body of work.

Oscar has said that he can easily make 147. In fact, before the PBF fight, DLH has considered making that bout at 147. Oscar is looking to make his next fight at regular WW. He only chose 154 to give himself an advantage. And for that financial windfall, FMJ would take it at ANY weight.

Personally, I lump Oscar in with the 147 guys. Esp since PBF didn't add on weight himself.

I guess Fistic Art decided not to put any points on that bet......wonder why? I was hoping I'd come back in Town to a bet that Hatton couldn't even win 3 rounds....

So it's going to take Mayweather less time to knock out Hatton than it took him to knock out Gatti? Hatton who has been down exactly once in his career is going to take less time to break down than Gatti who has been knocked out by my gran?

Of course dude, Hatton is a bum because he never beat anybody worth anything. PBF would've wiped the floor with Tszyu in 3 rounds, and he'd have danced the first two. PBF forever, G.O.A.T. Hatton sucks teh pen0rs!

Yes. Absolutely. Actually Hatton has been knocked down twice. He was knocked down with a body shot by Kostay Tyzsu. However he English ref called it a slip. Hatton has fought exactly one top notch fighter in his career - Kostya Tsyzu so you can't say use all those fights against stiffs and over the hill fighters as a measuring stick. Floyd may not win by KO by knocking Hatton dow for 10 seconds, but he will punish him brutally for five rounds and the fight will be stopped in the fifth.

However, I give Hatton credit for seeking this fight against Mayweather. Neither of his promoters, Frank Warren or Dennis Hobson were willing to put Hatton in the same zip code as Mayweather. Hatton's willingness to fight him shows that he truly has confidence and wants to fight the best.

Sorry I didn't read this thread earlier, Bringer (as the Brits might say, I couldn't be arsed reading all those pages).

                      But I agree 100%!
