I'm going with the underdog Sultan in this one.

He has the skills to frustrate Briggs. I'm just praying Briggs doesn't land a big bomb.

Here's the film of Wilson KO'ing Briggs. I expect the Sultan to come racing out like gangbusters and do the same.

          Here he is vs. Whitaker:

he looked like a million bucks against whittaker, ill be the first to admit that, he looked awesome for lack of a better word... after watching that fight i was very excited about sultans potential but i never really looked at it close enough until after the austin draw to realize that whittaker was just flat out tailor made for sultan... he was nothing but a stationary target allowing sultan to the throw multiple combos and never firing back... and then whittaker quit after being told he was alright to continue... it was a flat out embarrassment and its no wonder he hasnt fought since, his heart wasnt into that fight at all

Whitaker started the fight with his heart into it, but was knocked down three times by a much smaller man, and eventually lost his will to continue. He was frustrated by Sultan's skillful counterpunching.

he let sultan walk into him and hit him with prob 5-8 unanswered shots not even 5 seconds into the fight... so i just cannot agree that he was 100 percent into the fight... yeah i agree he was frustrated and out of the fight but it was still an inappropraite way to quit

Yes, it was a just a small cut, and the referee and the doctor said it was okay for him to continue, but he quit. Sultan made him look really bad with that last knockdown, Whitaker must have been feeling humiliated, so that was probably partly why he quit...

I couldn't find Sultan vs. Austin, but there are Youtube videos of Wlad vs. Austin, and Wlad's instantaneous destruction of Austin in round two is a wonder to behold! As for Whitaker, the announcer was saying that Whitaker was coming back strong just before he was KO'd.

Sultan's knockdown of Austin was impressive too, he was almost KOed. But Ibragimov was overweight and so faded in the later rounds.
