Lacy is a dangerous puncher, there's no question about that, esp if you swung wide hooks while standing square.

But I also said if Calzaghe was at his best and could roll back the years he'd completely dominate Lacy.

Really?, Apparently your prediction was Lacy to knock him out,
There have also been allegations you have repeatedly picked against Joe Calzaghe to win fights,
I believe yesterday i saw you posting about how Carl Froch would easily beat Joe Calzaghe,
Or am i wrong?
P.S. Now way on this earth was Omar Sheika, Michell or Starrie as good as lacy.
Lacy turned Robin Reid into a copy and paste Job, no way could you ever pick Starrie or those other guys you mentioned over him,
Not then, not now, not ever.
lol.

And no Froch would not beat Calzaghe easily, and he wouldn't beat Calzaghe on points. But he'd take him out.
Yesterday at 4.05am you posted the following

After the Veit II fight I couldn't see the immobile wrecking ball that is Lacy getting close to him so long as Calzaghe kept his head about him. Luckily he did. Of course, the intelligensia on here had the fight as either a pick-em or a Lacy win but that's more to do with a certain level of ignorance rather than anything else.
Similarly, Kessler is absolutely tailor made for Calzaghe in exactly the same way Veit was. Any fight between them would go exactly the same way as the second Veit fight did. That's no slight on Kessler by the way.

As for everyone picking Lacy to win ... you can't legislate for that level of ignorance.

Taylor fought Hopkins twice and Wright, so there is no way in hell he's scared from Calzaghe, for Taylor to move up in weight and go fight for a meaningless WBO built in UK he better get at least 10 mil.

Taylor fought an old Hopkins twice and actually lost the second fight if the judges were'nt blind. Fought Winky and walked away with a draw once again with most of the boxing public agreeing that Taylor lost. For a Middleweight Champion that is supposed to be so awesome he sure is protected. Taylor's handlers know better than us just how good he is and that's a big reason he'll not fight Calzaghe or anyone else decent anytime soon. I don't blame them because it's all about the money and as long as suckers will pay big money to see Taylor ( and alot of other so called great fighters) fight out of their prime named fighters or fight smaller guys with little risk than it will continue to happen. A perfect example of this is Valuev who was trying to break Marcianno's record by fighters fellow tomato cans. That's why boxing is not as popular today as it was even in the 70's or 80's. Do you think Taylor would have fought Marvin Hagler, Tommy Hearns or even John the Beast Mugabi and win? I don't think so.
Taylor's own promoters said that they didnt consider Taylor to be ready for Calzaghe. Yet they considered him ready for Hopkins and Wright.
Maybe they think that Calzaghe is better than the Hopkins and the Wright that Taylor fought. Maybe they are scared of him.
Maybe.

or,
Maybe JC fight doesnt make more money that a fight wth Wright, Jones, or Miranda,
Miranda has a growing rep, if they do that fight in the future, it should do tasty numbers.
Oncemore it would be PPV.
