**** what did you want them to do?

They were the best fighters of thewir time from 135-154. You ask too much if you don't like them. Hopkins beat them both but Hopkins is bigger than they are. Sorry if you don't respect their competition, but there were no better guys for them to fight, and some of them were in fact damn good.

Borikua I really don't want to debate Trinidad and De la Hoya. Who cares at this point? What happened happened and can be spun in either direction.

            why????

dlh has fought and being champion from 130 to 160, (2 papers) beat more and less the same competition form 147 to 154 + his win over trinidad put him higher in my eyes, theres no shame on trinidad being second best...

He did not lose six times. That's a bit of a stretch.

Both of them was good and it was a good fight. wish there would have been a rematch. think there were some money and negotiating issues as to why it never happened. i heard tito wanted the bigger share, and DLH was not to get all those stips he got in the first fight. and since the prima dona couldnt have it his way, he took his ball and went home. or should i say gloves.

DLH never cheated with excessive tape loaded on his hand wraps..then mysteriously after being outed had his power diminished greatly.. COincidence? NOT. DLH blasted Mayorga out with one viscous left hook..while Triniwrap needed more than 6 rounds to pound on him.

You can't fault a fighter for using his bargaining power. Should Cotto have fought Mallignaggi in the biggest ring possible?

you are blind and delusional,de la hoya won, is the biggest attraction and hes gonna let tito get it his way?????tito was the real prima dona, only tito, his father, puerto ricans and de la hoya haters think de la hoya lost that fight.
