    - - We already know Sir 'enery wearing weights at the weighin to clear the hvy minimum KOed young Clay who was eating punches like U gum candy.

Just think what Joe, who in his debut against a solid winning record journeyman in his prime, knocked him out of the ring in the lap of the commish in the first round.

    Insert young Clay, and (BooM)

U be choking on U candy...

Cooper was a couple of pounds lighter for both his Ali fights than he had been for his previous fight. He turned pro in 1954 weighing188lbs Cooper never weighed less than 185 1/4lbs as a pro.

Ali had the style and the quickness, chin etc to give Joe a bad day. Louis would have to time him. Ali with his hands low couldn't afford a mistake. Muhammad would be on high alert, in and out pumping the jab.

            Ali by decision.

Louis vs Frazier I would favor Louis but only slightly. Frazier if he could get out of the early rounds may take Louis leverage away. Coming in low, forcing The Brown Bomber back. Still Ibelieve Joe Louis would at some point get the time and room he needed.

Louis by TKO 10th. Possibly coming off the canvass to win.

Joe Louis would knock out Sonnt Liston in a short, explosive bout. Louis had the quicker hands, better combinations and the greatest trainer. Sonny's jab has to be respected. In deep water I trust Joe to get it done.

The Brown Bomber ices Big George anywhere from 1 to 3 rounds. Foreman always has a punchers chance but Louis could climb off the canvas and be just as dangerous. This would be like Errol Spence vs Bud Crawford. People betting on Foreman because he's bigger. $ lost.

People sound on Joe Louis opposition quite often. Anyone that defends the championship 25 times successfully is gonna fight some mediocore Contenders. Joe turned pro in 1933 or 34 and faced Primo Carnera June 25 1935. He was a recent heavyweight champion.

Ali's prime 64-67 his level opposition wasn't that much better than Joe Louis's Bum Of Month Club. Outside of Liston Billy Conn would probably run the table.

With all that said i I have

              Ali #1

              Joe #1a

              In terms of greatness.

                - - Kinda lost any gravitas you ever built up here with that.

Joe whoops Ali, period on the timeline of their development.

Frazier gives Louis a tougher stylistic matchup than Ali.

                  - - I'll take Cooper's word over you. He said he overtrained for the first Ali bout and had to wear weights to make the heavy limit.

What remedial grade was U in then?

I'm sorry if let you down. I'm gonna keep studying on it and hopefully I can get to there one day. Perspective can change over time. I spent the majority of my youth convinced Hector Camacho was God. I went with it for years, it was the 80s . Turns out I found out that he wasn't God.

Yea but I would probably trade my 70 years for his 40.

The stories, the stories. Naked girfriends in the hotel lobby; falling through drop-ceilings trying to steal back a computer; making cops fall down when they chase him; pullled over for driving 35 mph on I75 because he was "'busy" with the girl on his lap . . . Oh! Got shot in the face. The ******** face. Damn.

P.S. Ran away from custom agents at Miami Airport. They found a small amount of ******* in his luggage. They had his luggage, his passport, and just in case they didn't recognize him, he was wearing a T-Shirt that read "Macho Man."

So what's he do . . . he shoves the custom agent and runs out to the streets of Miami.

Where the hell did he think he was going?

It reminds me of the Tracy character from 30 Rock, jumping off the yacht when the coast guard appears, and just starts swimming.

So wonderfully ******; something about 'growing up on the street' makes fight-flight just take over common sense.

P.S.S. On the serious side I think this over-energized fight-flight is one of the reasons boxers end up hitting their woman too often. Like a ******** twitch.
