Vitali Klitschko fought over 300+ matches when you factor in Pro Boxing , pro kick boxing, amateur boxing, and amateur kick boxing. He meet all types of men.

Sugar Ray Robinson beat Gavilan. That guy who lost 30 times and drew 5 times

How can a guy who fought 10 ring magazine contenders and other men who were champions, or contenders who were not currently not ranked fight " Lousy " competition? He beat two guys that beat Wlad in dominating fashion.

Jeffries fought all white fighters you say? Now your obviously lying or vastly un-informed.

Haters will hate, at least your agree that the reason Byrd won was the injury to Vital's torn shoulder. Yet you to harp about him retiring but say no such thing about Robinson. Double standard, right?
Gavilan is a consensus top ten all time welterweight champion.

Vitali fought Danny Williams, that guy whose record is 54-32 with17 ko losses.
Vitali fought Ross Puritty, that guy whose record is31-20-3.

Name the ten fighters who were Ring ranked when Vitali fought them?
Vitali had 47 pro boxing fights and 14 amateur ones, thats 61 in total
So are are you now claiming he had over 240 kick boxing bouts , pro and amateur?

    Post them!
Because I've just read his pro kick boxing resume and it states his record is 34-1! That combined with his amateur and pro boxing fights comes to a total of 95 So you have to find around another 200 bouts to support your claim that.
"he had over 300 + matches"

But not back then. Even a fairly lazy, not particularly bright guy can rock 50k+ a year in the US today. That kind of prosperity cuts into boxing' job fair. A stable country with enough prosperity to support entertainment spending, which in turn supports entertainment industries such as sport, and a large enough struggling class to feed talent into a tough as nails, low reward to risk ratio enterprise like boxing. Thats the breeding ground for great paychecks, great gyms, great opportunities and great fighters. National demographics providing such conditions will shift over 70 years. Those eastern European fighters missing from the talent pool in Robinson's time....did not exist. Black and Latino fighters did, but none were as gifted in the art as Ray Robinson was.
Still, spit balling can be fun, and is perfectly legal.
      Tell em' I said so.

        Charr
        Chisora
        Briggs
        Sosnowski
        Williams
        Bean
        Donald
        Sanders
        Puritty
        Sullivan
        Mahone
        Hide
        Norris
        Arreola
All unranked when he fought them
        Question marks over
        Solis
        Byrd

        Below Ranked
        Adamek
        Gomez
        Peter
        Now find the other 7?
He lost to Byrd, so that doesn't count. He has Sanders though. Solis was not ranked. That's been established already. He was WBC ranked.

Yes, the Ring contributor here confirmed Solis was not ranked.

What he is asking for is the names of 10 heavyweights with more wins against ring ranked opponents. I guarantee it's out there, I'm willing to bet on it. I can come up with seven off the top of my head. When I get the time I'll find the rest.

                How about Arreola?

In the 2009 end-of-year HW list he's ranked #6... and before losing to Vitali in September of that year, he had knocked out Jameel McCline in April. In the notes for that fight on BoxRec, it says that Arreola entered the fight as The Ring's #8 ranked HW... so I would guess, that he hadn't been dropped from their Top-10 by the time he met Vitali? Anyone with the monthly rankings in front of them should easily be able to find out.
