kessler's face was untouched for the first half of the fight.

try and actually bring something to the table, bat.
Ward should have been penalized against Kessler, objectively speaking. He kept holding him and coming in with his head first. Bad refereeing.

      Keep your insults to NSB.

Kessler's eyes was f'ed up going in. The headbutts 'just' worsened it. It has been well documented.

To me a more apt comparison is Calzaghe-Lacy. Nobody was dismissing it before the fight, then a career destroying beating rewrote history. If a fighter goes against someone who is the betting favorite over him and nobody thinks it's a mismatch before, can it really be held against the winner when the loser's career goes down the drain after?
Thats indeed an apt analogy. your absolutely right about before the Lacy Ziggy fight.

              • The correct answer is Andre Ward. For the rest who didn't pick him, oh so sorry, that's incorrect. On to the next question.

kelly hit it first. this was a life altering beating. smoger let this one go on way, way too long. thrilling fight. set up taylor - pavlik, which ruined jermain taylor.
                    Good point.

                    Pavlik was a good fighter.

I'm not biased though and surely you know that?

I'm not dis*****g that Ward could be, and very likely will undoubtedly be the #1 SMW ever.

i'm mostly just ruffling feathers, but i do think you have a slanted view on carl froch.

considering that you weren't a cobra man early on, i have to bring it up
