        • I think to be even considered in the argument to be an ATG you have to have a pretty good resume. Atleast.

          Vitali doesn't even have a good resume IMO.

                I agree with your definition, basically. Vitali suffered from his long layoff, but he still beat a lot of the best contenders, and his comeback is unmatched in HW history. These are some of the reasons he's an ATG.
