I wouldn't say so. I'd actually pick Bowe in this fight, and i like Frazier. Fraziers left might have had a bit more snap than Holyfields punches, but i don't see it being enough to really show up in the bowe fight. Just like Frazier couldn't hurt Foreman I don't see him Hurting bowe, who would be the stronger man on the inside and was hurting iron chinned Holyfield badly.

I don't count Frazier out and might not even see him getting stopped, but he could be put down on the canvas a few times which could make him lose on pts.

For all your Tom Foolery, honest posters here will be forced to acknowledge that you occasionally come through to own the thread, and you have done that here. Lots of good, knowledgeable posters from years ago and from today have chosen dead wrong, most having felt they "peaked" around Bowe's time, and knowing a little too little about Frazier. Frazier is being greatly underrated and Bowe is being greatly overrated. I have seen them both fight in person and in traning and knew or know a good number of people around them. I saw Rid**** come up from a kid. Bowe would be a sitting duck for Joe Frazier, who'd work past those uppercuts easily and take Bowe's heart out of him. But then, WTF do I know?

I see you're back from your ban. Bowe was not the best heavyweight inside fighter. He is probably the best of the big men at fighting inside, but that doesn't mean he is hanging with Frazier.

No he was not. Frazier, Marciano, Louis just to name a few. What separated Bowe from other super heavies was his willingness to target the body. That doesn't mean he did it better than everyone else. Figured you would have brushed up on you boxing IQ during your time away.

Bowe had a terrific uppercut which made him dangerous to anyone getting inside his reach. Outside of that I never saw Bowe bring anything else to the table that would make him a particularly good infighter compared to other heavyweights down through history.

This was 2010 I was 20 years old bud I didn't know **** all about boxing

frazier in a long night. Or late round stoppage. Its inside all night and Joe wins. Bowe won’t push him back illegally and can’t because hes not as strong as George and doesn’t hit as hard. He has decent inside skills for a big guy, but Frazier has all the advantages inside when it comes to leverage.
