This has been explained to you ad nauseum. None of the WBA title holders could hang on to the strap long enough to make a fight. Of the 8 WBA champions during Holmes reign Weaver successfully defended his belt twice, and Dokes once. He already beat Weaver. So who of these guys do suppose he should have fought, and when?
