I know Vits fought a month after Lil brother had to handle his business. Im sure if he wanted the rematch Byrd would have waited that extra month. Obviously he didn't want it. Byrd made him look foolish so much the German fans were cheering for him!!

Look Lennox Lewis trained poorly for Kirk Johnson, and took this fight on 10 days notice with that poor training camp. I know, I Live in the Pocono's where Lennox trained. Props to Lennox for pulling it off, but had the fight gone on much longer, then I am not sure Lennox wins it. When Lennox went to his corner he looked totally gassed, and tired just before they stopped it. I agree with the stoppage the cut was bad, and they had to stop it.

Was the Wlad and Byrd fight announced after Vitali was healed from his shoulder injury ?

You claim none of those I named were prepared to face Vitali,I'm calling BS on that.
Tua was happy to face Lewis but wouldnt face Vitali?

Golota went in there with Lewis, Bowe and Tyson but drew the line at Vitali?

Tyson fought Holyfield, Lewis, and Ruddock, but Vitali was a bridge too far for him?

Rahman fought Lewis and Holyfield but avoided Vitali?
          Nothing personal but
          = BS
I'm saying Vitali cherrypicked his opposition his whole career,he is a fine man but he was a very selective picker of opponents in a boxing ring!
Nonsense. Vitali was the terrorizer. The big names didn't want to end up like Hide, Johnson, Sanders, Williams. There were safer options than Vitali, the man who chased the goat into retirement.

You make it seem like there was a line ****ing on Vitali's door to fight him. I said Vitali very possibly tanked to Byrd to set up Wladimir with an easy title. Vitali showed no hint of pain after he quit and never demanded a rematch which he did with Lennox. Pretty obvious Vitali tanked vs Byrd.

I wouldn't know. But I can guarantee the Vits - Hoffman fight was announced before Wlad and Byrd fought. Which in turn means that Vits could have had the rematch had he wanted it. He didn't though, and that is obvious.

He didn't tank, he quit. Not that I fault him for quitting with an injury, but i do fault him for never trying to avenge that loss. Your opinion though is nonsense with zero facts to back it up.

Is it true that great fighters fight with one hand?

We hear it stated often, but we really don't know.

I remember a referee leaning into a corner once and saying, "If you don't use your right hand I'm gonna have to stop it."

I just can't remember if it was a fight or Hollywood. LOL

Yeah he sure terrorized them ! lol

Vitali quit against Byrd after 9 rounds in a fight in which he was leading against a man 34lbs lighter and 5 inches smaller who took the fight on10 days notice, leading on points, he chose to quit rather than gut it out for the 3 more remaining rounds.
These are what are known as FACTS .

This can all be reduced to rhetoric without any factual legitimacy unless you can prove Vitali was medically cleared before the Wlad - Byrd fight was signed.

I don't have to prove it because we know he fought a month after Byrd and Wlad. That is a fact. Just like it's a fact Vits claimed injury to postpone the Rahman mandatory. When Rahman signed to fight Barrett he suddenly and miraculously healed enough to try and make a fight with Maskaev a month and a half later only to have the fight rejected by HBO. Seems to be a pattern, doesnt it? These facts are irrefutable. He could have made the Byrd rematch but avoided it, just like he did everything possible to avoid Rahman until he retired instead of getting stripped of his WBC trinket. All this and you guys want to blame Lewis for winning and retiring. And he stayed retired. Vits ducking is excused when he loses, but Lewis wins and you think he owed Vits a rematch. BRILLIANT!!! The double standards by the Klitschko nuthuggers are ridiculous!!
