I guess Margarito smashing Cotto's face in and stopping him a year prior didn't happen.

    You don't know shit.

On the rigged cards. Has there never been a fight where the wrong side got the decision ? Lots of them, I consider that fight amongst those.

Margarito vs Cotto was after Pac vs Cotto right? Whatever, Cotto lost leverage after losing to Pac and Margarito. When he fought Floyd he was the B side and vulnerable to take dictation from the boss. "If you want the ten million you gotta play soft and let me take the decision."

Clearly Maidana being the agressor, ring general, landing the clearer shots and the ref gets in the way of further punishment giving help to the opponent.

I would say Mayweather landed the cleaner punches (mostly counters).

Maidana was more than just the agressor, he controlled the pacing of thd fight.

I am a guy who does not believe in scoring 10-9 rounds, so in my purist universe (based on these highlights) I would score this fight a "no decision" and leave the NSW to make the call for the gamblers.

I didn't see either man 'win' that fight.

But then again I seldom do.

I have used this as an example before, but to me the FOC was a two round victory for Frazier (11th & 15th). The other 13 rounds were too close to bother scoring for one guy over the other.

I don't see how either of you can see a victorious fighter in the fight highlighted above.

Neither fighter ever dominated a round, never mind dominated the fight.

IMHO When you watch a round and then have to say, well my criteria consists of "ring generalship, effective aggression," Etc. and then scored it 10-9 based on 'your criteria,' the truth is, you likely just watched another even round and then you forced a 10-9 score on to it.

You know when a fighter truly wins a round, it is obvious and you don't need to invent or revert to a self-created criteria to justify it.

I saw no winner above, but I seldom do.

It's only "clear" in your deluded, retarded brain.

It was a close fight, in which Floyd won, by landing the cleaner punches in more rounds.
