What does this actually prove?

In1975 Ali was 33 years old and had lost 3 and a half years of his prime to exile.
Holmes was 26 years old and just coming into his prime.
The only question that is relevant and valid here is, prime for prime ,both at their best, who wins?

It proves that Holmes beats Ali when he was 33, and IMO would be seen as the better fighter.

It proves nothing, I used 1975 as an arbitrary year for the sake of argument.
What we can say is ,at some point, being six years younger than Ali ,Holmes would have beaten him ,at a given point, that point is entirely subjective and depends solely on the opinion of the poster giving it.

Both at their best I think Ali beats Holmes in a close fight. I have Ali as my no 1 Holmes as my no 5 , so close that a bad night by an unfocused Ali and a good night by a tuned in Holmes could see Larry winning a decision.
This is hardly earth shattering news and ,apart from your obvious Anti Ali agenda in making this thread ,one would wonder why you felt it sufficiently relevant enough to make it?
