Did I say that? No. I say Floyd pulled tactics like these more often, which is why he has the reputation of being a cherry picker and Floyd doesn't. I also said the fight not happening sooner was also partially Manny's fault in that case when I said "could Floyd have agreed to some things in negotiations sooner"?.
