For a gig of more than 100 people you can rent a big square pit on wheels and fill it with charcoal and woods. makes great sate! for any Filipinos out there...Last edited by billeau2; 06-18-2021, 01:01 PM.

When we had a place for tenants I bought them a nice gas grill for the yard, but for me, I have two large old metal woks. I put them on a wok stabilizer, fill em with natural charcoal, let that burn then add the woods I want, then put on a grill piece. I have used this system to cook for our entire preschool parents and staff, about 50 people... I used to cater. Its a great system when it gets going. It does take time setting up.

If I lived near you in San Fran, I'd stop by and have some of your barbecue, especially now in the summer. I couldn't live there with all the homeless poop and lack of public toilets I've heard about in that area.

The smart guys know to go to areas where people have nice stuff and grab it... That is a mess. But it is beautiful hereand worth seeing for sure.
