Don't need any power with a charcoal grill.

      - -U mean electricity. I'd add gas, but since U provide ample stocks naturally, does U use Lignite charcoal or repurposed Anthracite charcoal formerly used to filter waste? I suspect the latter mixed with the former. Does U strike a match on U anterior, nether region to flame throw a withering starting blast of white heat to fire up U coal?

It can be a hassle, but if you want real charco broil flavor, there is nothing like it. Heres my set up... When we had a place for tenants I bought them a nice gas grill for the yard, but for me, I have two large old metal woks. I put them on a wok stabilizer, fill em with natural charcoal, let that burn then add the woods I want, then put on a grill piece. I have used this system to cook for our entire preschool parents and staff, about 50 people... I used to cater. Its a great system when it gets going. It does take time setting up.

For a gig of more than 100 people you can rent a big square pit on wheels and fill it with charcoal and woods. makes great sate! for any Filipinos out there...

If I lived near you in San Fran, I'd stop by and have some of your barbecue, especially now in the summer. I couldn't live there with all the homeless poop and lack of public toilets I've heard about in that area.

Any of you guys, if you ever come to the area, it would be a pleasure to see you and buy/cook dinner. The real problem spots are downtown. You can avoid them with the exception of car theft. The smart guys know to go to areas where people have nice stuff and grab it... That is a mess. But it is beautiful hereand worth seeing for sure.

So if I went where you lived, nobody would take my car?
