There are like 3 decent fights tommorow, going to be hard to choose which ones to watch. I think the Williams vs Skelton fight comes on earlier? Then Cotto fight is same time as Vargas-Mosley I believe. Thats a hard choice, a veteran boring fight or an unpridictable Cotto fight, not sure.
The Cotto fight is the week after. The same night as Lacy-Calzaghe.
what did u say? villoria has the WBC light flyweight title in his waist..Mayol is fighting for the WBC minimumweight this coming weekend against japan's eagle kyowa, MAYOL WILL WIN NO DOUBT....
unification bout bet. mayol and calderon..
I've seen Mayol fight before and he would be another victim of a boxing lesson given by Calderon.
i suck at these quizes i need to brush up on my boxing history anyone can suggest any good book for boxing history?
Watch a lot of fights and you'll learn a lot.
Also go to ebay and buy some old ring mags.
Tough one! Good deal! Question...on the Hagler question, did you mean total fighters he beat who would eventually win a world championship too...or just the ones who had established themselves as world champions before he fought them?
I meant overall, former or current or future champs.
I got nine of ten BUT you say Hagler beat SEVEN world champs? WHO were they?
Vito Antuefermo,Alan Minter,Fulgencio Obleijmas,Roberto Duran,John Mugabi,Ray Leonard and Tommy Hearns.

=================================
Sources from HBO have informed **********.com that former lightweight title challenger Juan Lazcano broke his finger in the gym and will not be available to face Ricky Hatton on May 13. Team Hatton has turned down Ricardo Torres and Junior Witter as replacements to Lazcano. HBO also has zero interest in airing a Hatton mandatory defense vs. Ben Rabah so Hatton's opponent is once again unknown.
Stop ducking Witter and fight him Hatton.
This is Tito vs Winky 2. :D
I think Viloria has good power but it doesn't matter if you can't land it.I would say easy night for Calderon because Viloria can be easily outboxed.
To me it seems like top rank is moving Cotto backwards instead of forward by taking the Branco and Malignaggi fights.Cotto did look impressive but what did Branco bring to the dance?
Now he's set to take on Malignaggi who in my mind is still a prospect and has no punching power.I've watched Cotto's last 5 fights and everytime he throws his hooks he is open to counter shots.Right now i think Hatton,Mayweather,Witter and maybe even Gatti all beat him.
More.
