A couple I can remember watching live
Vivian Harris vs Carlos Maussa - Supposed to be Vivian Harris' coming out party on the Gatti v Mayweather Jr undercard - Maussa knocked Harris into the next suburb and was lucky to not get DQed if I remember correctly - I think he followed him falling down and laid into him while he was lying on the ground!
Zab Judah vs Carlos Baldomir - Judah gets out worked, i think he didnt train much before the fight and was lazy
Am I the only one that really wants to see Paul Briggs vs Danny Green? Briggs would win this one so easily, it'd really be a good move for him to make it happen
I agree with Meldrick Taylor.. Fought his heart out, traded with big punches to put on a show for the crowd.. he could've just jabbed and ran and won fights that way, but that wasn't Meldrick..
Must've broken his heart when he lost that Chavez fight... that was his moment of greatness, only to be stolen with 2 seconds left...
I wasn't saying that Kostya WOULD beat Pernell... I just think you guys are writing off Tszyu too easily... I think he has a decent chance of winning, and Whitaker has a good chance at winning too... I really think it could go either way
Do you think Whitaker had enough power to make Tszyu get off his game?
I think that Kostya could KO Whitaker... But then again Whitaker was a crafty little bugger and could dodge and slip bullets from a machine gun if he wanted too...
Would Whitaker be able to mount a sufficient offense to win on the judges scorecards though? And would he be able to avoid Tszyu's power punches for 12 rounds? Would he be able to take Tszyu's shots?
Larry was a tough old SOB... That Shavers punch was waaaay hard man... Also the first knockdown that Tyson gave him would've ended someone's life, but not Larry... he just got right back up again.
