lomachenko is a pound for pound level boxer. gatti was an HBO level fighter because of how exciting he was, not how good. believe me, lomachenko doesn't lose to micky ward.

Granted some of them can eliminate one another from contention in that year (same way Floyd sat out and "retired" while Cotto, Williams, Pac, Mosley, and others were all prime and waiting).
