Yup Wilder is packing some fine glass.
Stiverne is head and shoulders above anyone Wilder has faced.
Brings distant memories of Seth Mitchell... Hyped Haymon Heavy Weight, full of strength... lacking any sort of chin
All pretty much 140lbers.... gunna build them up over the course of 3-4 events with eliminator. So they will all fight bums at first and eventually fight each other with the champion coming out moving up to 147- then theres your next season next year bringing in a ton of ad money$$$$
I agree with TS sort of. Although who knows if Stiverne can last a few we will see what happens. We cant say Wilder has no chin because of 1 fight in the amateurs, we gotta wait and see because he hasnt been tested yet.
heres an example from the pros... those branch legs will fail him against some decent talent. The haymon strategy.. feed them trash...build hype...cash out
Its funny how many people actually believe Kovalev is a threat. He has faced nothing but trash cans, KOing all of them. Hopkins=Experience=Win.
Kovalev is all hype. Open your eyes people.
The Reason it pissed off Garcia is because Ariza's job was to be a strength, conditioning and nutrition coach, not a middle man for Al Haymon. Ariza has a history of this and Garcia told him when they first started working together to not overstep his boundries. Now Mikey is in a sticky situation.
LOL, I was going to make a post saying the same thing as the OP. I can't wait to hear what Freddie Roach has to say about the fight since he claims that he never saw GGG fight before (yeah right).
I think he meant he never saw him fight live
Fights that have been spoke about:
Cotto for MW lineage
Canelo 2
Pacquiao MegaFight
Bernard Hopkins at 165(160?)
Danny Garcia at 140 for the LWW lineage
Everything but Hopkins would makes sense
first time he's fighting in New York?
Floyd isn't the type to schedule a fight in advance. That would go against his philosophy of focusing on what's directly in front of him
I think the Maidana rematch will be in NYC in September
Because hes 5'5 and went from 105 to 150 in 4 years without an ounce of fat..... 45lbs of pure muscle in 4 years without PEDS near impossible.
Plus refusing to take a test is a sure sign. I know if I was on them I wouldn't take the test.

Have you ever lived in poverty in a 3rd world country before? Pac was poor when he was younger--not US poor (many people in the US "ghettos" are still spoiled as fvck IMO), we're talking 3rd world country poor. Once he started being successful in boxing and finally earning that money, his nutrition (and basically other facets of his quality of living) also improved. Think about it.
About refusing the test, I agree with you on that. To put an end to Mayweather's accusations, Pac should have just gone ahead, took the tests, and fought Floyd to disprove him. Basically backfired on Pac and made him look like a cheat. However, it has been documented that Pac doesn't like his blood being drawn close to his fights since he feels it weakens him. He has stated this before WAY before the Mayweather negotiations (vs Erik Morales). Basically, he felt he lost to Erik due to blood being taken from him before their fight.
Great Post. You opened my eyes. Never approached it that way.
Crawford in their with any of the bigger 140's and its lights out. He'll get by with a few more decent outings against smaller or average sized guys, but @ 140 against bigger heavier hitting guys hes out. Crawford got stunned pretty bad by Gamboa, whose 5'4. Think about Garcia 5'8 with that left hook... Night Night.
Crawford is no Mayweather.. hes closer to Floyd then Broner...but hes no Floyd.
He's 5'6.5
And he was a malnourished 16yr old you fooking retard, people get heavier as they get older, bones get denser, muscles stronger...
And that guy in your sig was ALSO 106lbs at the SAME age that Pac was...
And 105lbs to 150 in 4 years... are you retarded....?
Sorry man if I hurt your feelings.
Ward right now is like a gun with no bullets...or a ferrari in your garage with no gas. So much skill potential and hes pissing it away.
No way he goes to the HOF.
bunch of retards on this forum... Haymon is a sports agent. Thats all... he's not a promoter. He negotiates contracts with networks and promoters for the sake of THE FIGHTER. He creates the smartest business plan for the fighter. All his fighters get dates and get $$$. His fighters don't have to listen to him. He advised Broner not to fight Maidana, but Broner did anyway. Ultimatly who a fighter fights is up to them with the advising, suggestions and plans brought to them by Haymon.
If I was a professional boxer the first thing I would do is sign on with Al Haymon. Anyone who tells or says they wouldn't is full of shtt.
As Floyd said "I'm a prize fighter dummy...I fight for money..a prize"
I'd rather be making what Broner makes than Jesse Vargas....
Haymon advises his clients to not sign multi-year contracts with promotion companies so they have leverage. Extremely smart move.
I would rather be in Shawn Porters promotion situation (fight by fight) than Andre Wards....
I would rather be in Brandon rios or Tim Bradley's promotional situation than porters. Both made more in their first PAC fight than Maidana a haymon client got to fight Floyd. They got more than Ortiz or Guerrero got as well. Bradley's minimums are very high. Not all of the top earners are haymon fighters.
Bradley is obviously a more established fighter than Maidana. The thing is Maidana did not earn only $1.5M he got Argentina TV kick back too from what I've heard was between $3-4M. So he did alright. And with a rematch he'll probably earn around $6-8M. Rios on the other hand I'd say is pretty much capped at what he made against Manny. Broner, Thurman, Porter all will earn a lot more than Rios has. Rios most likely isn't making more than $600k for his next fight. So for 2 fights lets assume he made $4m/2=$2m/fight and anything under 2m brings the average down more.
Bradley got his deal because TR knows they need someone decent at 147-154 once Manny steps out. I'm not a huge Broner fan but he creates controversy and he can sell himself very well. Don't be surprised if we see him headline a PPV within the next few years where hes earning around $4-6m/fight.
So to conclude, yes where Porter,Thurman,Broner stand right now TODAY, Bradley has a much better deal earning him more. BUT Bradley is also 6 years older than Porter and Broner.
Ask yourself this...When Bradley was 24 was he headlining and making the same amount as Broner? Thurman? Porter? Danny Garcia?
Those guys have potential and in 4,5,6,7,8 years their earnings will far surpass Bradley and Rios.
I got the feeling we will see Pacquiao - Maidana next...Mayweather should fight Cotto...
Maidana is with Haymon, won't be fighting Pacquiao soon. If Floyd fights Cotto for Cottos 160 belt and Floyd's 154. Floyd wins gets the 160 belt. Drops down to 147 fights Pac at 147 for all 3. That would be epic. But won't happen.
