Mayweather is actually not that small...people have this illusion because he started his career at 130, but just look at his frame, it isn't that small at all, it is probably bigger than Hatton's.
Hatton's punch to the body is a great weapon to have, but lets not forget that Mayweather isn't the same fighter that Hatton has fought previous, other than Tszyu, who I think is tougher, stronger, etc. That Tszyu didn't look so healthy either so that is another debate.
For the weight, he should stay at 140, agree, the guy is great at that weight and it is unfair to expect him to continue fighting at 147...he took a shot at it because he wanted Floyd, but unlike Floyd, he fought actual 147 pound fighters and saw the difference.

About the Tito-DLH rematch, what happen is that Oscar said prior to the fight in one interview that 10 Mills was too much money for a Puerto Rican, and Tito didn't like that comment, if you know Spanish and you have the fight recorded, you can see that when Merchant (or whoever was) was interviewing Oscar in the ring after the fight, Tito said to Oscar in spanish "tell them if i'm not worth the 10 mills now" and Oscar didn't replied. They said that if Oscar wanted a rematch, they would do it if Tito got the purse that Oscar got in the first fight and vice versa… Oscar cared more about the money than avenging his loss that’s the bottom line.
