Like Brian Kenny, Teddy Atlas, and a large part of the sport's press, Max Kellerman is the latest to be diagnosed with Margaritosis. This degenerative disease causes once honest commentators and journalists to be rendered lampoonish in their declarations of a fighter who has accomplished nothing. Early studies have shown that Margaritosis may have it's root cause in a virus known as Arumspiningitis. This common condition occurs when fans, commentators, and journalists alike buy into the hype Mr. Arum spews about an otherwise, under achieving fighter. The latest display of this serious ailment was on Boxing After Dark, when Max Kellerman during his post fight interview with Paul Williams (who seems to be coming down with something himself), implied that elite fighters are running scared of Margarito. I believe Kellerman said: " you just mentioned a name that not even De La Hoya, Mayweather, or Mosley want to mention." It is obvious that Kellerman's condition, like his fellow commentators and journalists will only get worse. These folks maybe too far gone, but, you don't have to be: GET THE FACTS AND USE COMMONSENSE, you don't have to be a victim
