To make a fair decision on this I would say you would have to be completely unbiased, and have seen every recorded SMW fight in history. And of course you would have to have many solid reasons for it too. If there is somebody here that fits these requirements I would be very interested in hearing what they have to say.
At the least you would have to have seen every recorded match of the many greats in the division. But that would still not give you a big enough picture.

I got people tell me "oh, you just fought to say you fought pro." Im fuck you, you got no idea what i had planned, or what i went through to get my pro fight, haters are going to hate. But 1 fight or 100 fights, i have to respect their effort. Just thinking of the training, makes me tired.
