Klitchkos predicted long ago that they will rule heavyweight division and there is no question they were right. That they are not as excited to watch is partially the fault of their opponents who are usually running away from brothers punching power. When some of them try to be brave they end up on the floor, ore often then not. And so the story goes.
As for Foreman let's not heed to his "wisdom". In the "Rumble in the Jungle" we saw clearly where his brave "risk taking" got him. On the floor and finished. If he was a bit as smart as either of Klitchko, Ali would be conquered in the "Rumble in the Jungle" contest. Foreman was dumb. Ask Ali.
Rosado was not a baby doll, obviously. But to say that Golovkin had problems with Rosado's movements it' s somewhat insincere and biased. What you have expected? Golovkin dancing and picking Rosado apart without getting anything in return? GGG overwhelmed Rosado and with quality fighter getting some blue marks under an eye was expected. After all GGG was not fighting a paralyzed vet in a wheelchair. As to why Martinez avoids GGG, the reason is still obvious but those infatuated with Martinez will always find some excuse. It does not provide Sergio with a big payoff, Sergio has more worthy opponents etc.
Nonsense, I say. Sergio's last encounter with Chavez shows weak points of Sergio. GGG is very crafty and Sergio would not last to the twelve round with him. I see one main difference between these two guys. Sergio relies on a surprised big punch. It did not work with Cezar, and it would not work with a tactician that GGG is. Instead, GGG would soften Sergio to submission in a later rounds. But - why not loudly express interest in that match up? Maybe it will happen providing Sergio does not come with some new excuse.
I doubt that Mayweather - Alvarez will ever happen. Floyd is a cherry picker and with Alvarez he sees a real threat. He'd rather fight Pacman then Canelo.
He had an option to sign contract when Alvarez was ready to fight on his undercard and he declined. Floyd the cherry picker is good at cherry picking.
By the way, in my book, Floyd record in not impeccable. Without a doubt,he lost his first encounter with Castillo. He received a present from the judges. Folks have a tendency to forget about that.
Would Floyd fight Austin Trout? I doubt it as well.
Talk about Saul's stammina? How about Floyd's age?
In my personal opinion I am betting on Alvarez to win the fight with one cavet -providing the fight will take place at all. Signing a contract and then reneging on its terms for made up excuses is too frequent in boxing. If that happens it won't originate from Alvarez side.
I think that Saul mastered the game with his last excercise provided by Trout
Six more games after Alvarez for Floyd? I think he will retire after his first recorded correctly, defeat. ( remember the first Mayweather-Castillo encounter?)
Floyds gonna win this one too man, UD. Money just doesnt pick a fight he cant win. That's his "secret". Anyone that knows anything about boxing, or just has the common sense to see who he fights can see that. Dont you find it curious, real boxers talk down their opponents, "the guy is nothing, he's slow I'll beat the living **** out of him!". Money on the other hand goes "he's the best boxer there is, he's a legend, that's why I picked him, i fight the best!". He promotes his opponents as if they are the most feared fighters ever but he goes for slow guys, boxers with poor KO record or old boxers well past their glory days. Canelo is a good example of that. The guy is young and really fought no one worth mentioning. He's so slow you fall asleep waiting for each hook. Floyd can go back home, have a nap and come back to the ring before Canelo finishes throwing one of the punches. Maybe more important, Canelo isnt a worrior, he's a young guy that comes from a confy life, he's no nail eating badass with true hunger for glory. Kudos to "money", one of the best buisnessmen I've seen. If he keeps picking them like this he has a good chance of retireing undefeated as he wants, some dumbasses will even consider him hall of fame worthy.

Acctually you are wrong. Floyd picked a fight with Castillo that he obviously lost. He was lucky though. He had FRIENDLY judges. To those who watched that fight and who are IMPARTIAL there is no doubt that Floyd lost. If you can secure the tape from that encounter you will also have no doubts. Floyd received a gift. Maybe it was his birthday, hehehe? Anyway, although we learned that Floyd is the able cherry picker, this time he picked the wrong cherry. Still he will make a mound of money. He must be somewhat concerned since he insisted on shaving off 2 pounds even though he has the other belt at that class. Tell me what could be the other reason. Someone on this board predicted eleven round knockout of the master picker and I tend to agree. One more thought - despite all the excitement about this fight nothing is certain. Floyd may pull out citing a strained toe.
.
We talked about Floyd tendencies to cherry pick. Canelo could be the cherry that Floyd would regret picking. I think Saul is more formidable opponent for Floyd then Manny. As I stated before, Floyd realizes the threat that meeting Alvarez in the ring presents. I frankly believe that Mayweather will sooner permanently retire than face Canelo in the ring. New superstar is really born.
No,no. It is not when Floyd leaves. It simply does not matter. Broner took over already because he is better then Floyd.
And, if anyone is in doubt then maybe we all should ask Floyd if he accepts the challenge in the form of Broner? No, that will never happen! We know that Floyd is a cherry picker and he will avoid Broner at all costs. Guerrero is all Floyd can afford.
Tim Bradley earned a new name - " Lucky Tim". Obviously, he had the worse of the encounter and should lose. Anywhere else he would lose. Provodnikov made a mistake that he agreed to fight here, with this set of judges. At best it should be a draw, yet not in my book.
Before Haye gets to Klitchko he must prove that belongs to elite fighters. He could start that be matching with other fighters. Chambers, Arreola, Adamek, Povetkin could be "climbing stairs" to Klitchko. Otherwise, hang the gloves and disappear David, just as you intended to do..
Hopkins days as champ are coming to the end. Dawson is going to make Bernard quit. But then, it will be understandable. My hats to Bernard for surprisingly long reign. He is the quality champion deserving to be in the first row of great boxers in the hall of fame.
