as far as your question goes... manny is in nowhere in a hurry to prove he is clean. as far as the negotiations go, the only thing that hinders this god damn megafight is that THE BOXING COMMISSION SHOULD tell both fighters to adhere to the protocols of the olympic style drug testing. with one side wanting to push it as if he should be followed, and one side playing shit on the other side and wants it to be boxing-commission-legal protocol... we won't get the fight going and many pointless-repeated-recycled-rephrased threads such as this will appear in this site. of course, the boxing commission is dumber as it seems... why don't they just get 10% of the total revenue of the fcuking fight... that should cover the expenses of the holy drug test.

i asked this on one of the posts here regarding pac and floyd on who has the best offense... in my opinion, the knockout percentage is the ratio of the wins via knockout to the total wins a fighter has... a page in wikipedia regarding Vitali's KO percentage... when you factor in all of the fights (win, lose, no contest, draw), then it should be winning percentage. ratio of all wins against total fights. i could be wrong... though i believe i am right

Floyd also breaksdown his opponents, but does it with less punches than Pac. (check out Floyds KO record) That to me can only mean he has a better offense. Unless u rate damage done, and power over accuracy and sharpness. What will happen when they fight is about styles.
